Production Assistant Operator

Join our Dynamic Manufacturing Team! Night Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We are seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant Operator to join our expanding company for the 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift. In this hands-on role, you will operate and maintain production machinery while ensuring a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment during evening production hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
• Clean production equipment as part of routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks.
• Maintain and enforce established standards related to Food and Health and Safety.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain focus, stability, and productivity throughout the night shift schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery and processes quickly.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Must be available and dependable for the 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM night shift schedule.
• Must have a reliable vehicle or dependable transportation to and from work for the full shift schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training in production operations are a plus.
