Production Assistant Operator

About the role

Bahama Blu is seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant Operator to join its expanding company for the 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift. You will operate and maintain production machinery while supporting a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
• Clean production equipment as part of routine maintenance to support optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines, established standard operating procedures, and food and health and safety standards.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain focus, stability, and productivity throughout the 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machinery and processes quickly.
• Teamwork and communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety practices.
• Availability and dependability for the 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift.
• Reliable vehicle or dependable transportation to and from work for the full shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training in production operations are a plus.
