Production Assistant Operator Wanted - Night Shift

About the role

Bahama Blu is seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant Operator to join its expanding company. The role involves operating and maintaining production machinery while supporting a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment during evening production hours. The shift is 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
• Clean production equipment as part of routine maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Comply with established standard operating procedures for all tasks.
• Maintain and enforce established food and health and safety standards.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain focus, stability, and productivity throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery and processes quickly.
• Teamwork and communication skills, and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Availability and dependability for the 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift.
• Reliable vehicle or dependable transportation to and from the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in production operations are a plus.
