Production Manager

Qualifications
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in food manufacturing, commissary, bakery, or related food industry operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation practices.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
