Production Packers

RedCap Staffing is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Packers / Warehouse Associates. Responsibilities include:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Scan products and labels using warehouse scanners
- Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carriers
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company procedures
- Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation & strong attendance
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must pass background check & drug screen
