Production Supervisor

Supervise and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and company policies. Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize production efficiency. Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with approved formulations, specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Regulatory, and Production Planning teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor production output, minimize downtime, reduce material wastage, and recommend process improvements. Train, supervise, and evaluate production personnel to ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to company policies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and maintain accurate production records. Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and FDA inspections. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
