Program Administrator

REQUIREMENTS
• B.S. degree in Engineering or Business Management
Bachelors
• Experience in Automotive Industry (3-5 years)
• Project Management Experience (PMP Certification
desirable)
• Experience in customer interfacing
• High level of analytical ability and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel as required
• Problem Solving
• Self-starter, ability to work with little direction
• Proficient in English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own and communicate the master timing schedule
• Ensure that project schedules are established, up to date, & accurate
• Drive attainment of flawless launch metrics
• Manage project cost book developing upon close plans as required
• Conduct gate reviews on time
• Ensure that design reviews are held on time
• Ensure that project information is established and up to date
• Lead and facilitate project risk management activities
• Handle all communication to the customer regarding project deliverables
• Responsible for collecting expenses made by BWI and Suppliers.
• Communicate to the team members their action items regularly.
