Program Coordinator

Funciones

• Effective planning and follow-up of projects from assignment, through launch, and until the end of the program.
• Communicate and manage customer requirements within the organization while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure product deliveries for design, prototypes, and production are completed within established timelines and with the required quality standards.
• Develop detailed timelines for all activities required in project development, from prototype stages through mass production launch.
• Attend remote and on-site meetings with customers to understand, discuss, and effectively communicate requirements, details, specifications, etc., to the plant’s multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct visits to customer facilities and coordinate customer visits to the plant.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency and active USA visa.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Extensive knowledge of project planning and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
• Office software.
