Program Manager

About the role

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an experienced project manager to support the Inhouse Community Content Operations team through a dual-scope role. The role combines Jira triage, agile ceremonies, and reporting with content project management across cross-functional initiatives. It calls for strong organization, communication, coordination, follow-through, and negotiation skills in a fully bilingual environment.

The role involves managing competing priorities and deadlines while balancing team capacity across incoming content requests, high-priority content projects, the editorial calendar, and key company milestones. Success depends on making thoughtful tradeoffs, maintaining momentum, and helping the team focus on what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Own Jira triage and workflow management to maintain visibility into incoming work, priorities, and team capacity.
• Lead agile ceremonies and team operating rhythms, including storytime, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and brainstorming sessions.
• Create and maintain reporting, project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates to support clarity, transparency, and continuity.
• Manage content project workflows from intake through delivery, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and milestones are clearly defined and tracked.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate work, resolve blockers, and keep projects moving.
• Negotiate deadlines and balance team capacity across competing priorities and content work.

Requirements

• Experienced project manager who is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
• Confident leading agile team rhythms in a fully bilingual environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-through, and negotiation skills.
