Technical Program Manager (TPM)We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs across engineering, cloud, data, and application teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex programs from planning through delivery using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.Manage program governance, risks, dependencies, scope, budgets, and timelines.Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to drive alignment and execution.Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to technical teams and senior executives.Facilitate technical discussions across cloud infrastructure, data, and application development.Track business impact, ROI/TCO, and value realization.Requirements5+ years of experience as a TPM, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.Strong experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-team technology programs.Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud infrastructure and modern data architectures.Strong skills in risk, schedule, resource, budget, and stakeholder management.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.PMP/PgMP, CSM/PSM/SAFe, or cloud certifications are preferred.
