Program Officer

Qualifications:
• Education: University Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Science, BS Biology, BS Forestry or any related environmental field.
• Experience: With at least 3 years of experience with government agencies in implementing technical environmental projects, capacity building, training facilitation or stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with DENR-EMB online systems and the Philippine regulatory framework
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical writing, and communication skills are essential for drafting reports and presenting to regulatory bodies. Excellent facilitation and modeling skills is a plus for the conduct of training related activities.
• Working Condition: Office-based in Mexico, Pampanga but requires regular travel for field activities across the Philippines.
