As a critical member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the success of our ERP projects, working in a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Plan , execute, and finalize ERP projects according to specifications and deadlines. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing potential issues proactively. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure effective communication across all teams. Identify and manage project risks, ensuring they are appropriately mitigated. Document and archive project information for future reference and audit compliance. What We're Looking For Required: Bacheloru2019s Degree in IT, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within ERP implementations. Strong knowledge of ERP software and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Preferred: Industry-standard certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
