Project Manager

YOU WILL:
- Lead mitigation and restoration projects
- Inspect, assess, and develop restoration plans
- Supervise and mentor technicians
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every job
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Protect company equipment and assets
- Be part of an on-call emergency rotation

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of restoration experience
- 1st-ic Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification preferred
- Mold remediation experience preferred
- Leadership or crew management experience
- Strong knowledge of mitigation equipment and drying systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pull a trailer
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Starting at $35/hr plus commission.
