🧱 Key DutiesManage projects from award through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phasesCoordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor performanceWork closely with internal teams including estimating, detailing, engineering, fabrication, and field operationsMaintain strong communication with clients, architects, general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholdersReview drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMonitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiencyManage project risks and resolve issues proactivelyEnsure projects remain on schedule and aligned with quality expectations
✅ What You'll Need3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial glazing, facades, curtain wall, storefront, or related construction environmentsStrong understanding of project lifecycle managementExperience managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractorsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience working with commercial construction projects preferred
