This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects across multiple sectors within a well-respected company known for excellence in project execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate project planning sessions to define scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion. Serve as the primary communication liaison for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues. Manage project budgets and maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate team meetings and foster collaboration to promote a productive work environment. Evaluate project outcomes to identify improvements and implement best practices. Additionally, the Project Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and business development teams to support organizational goals and participate in special projects as needed. Performance metrics will be established to measure success and ensure project objectives are met efficiently. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years proven experience in project management or a similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
