Project Manager Capital Projects

We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong background in pharmaceutical capital projects. Join our team and lead complex engineering and construction projects from planning through execution and closeout.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.10+ years of project management experience.Experience managing pharmaceutical capital projects.Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Proven construction management and field execution experience.Excellent technical writing, reporting, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead capital projects from initiation through project closeout.Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk management plans.Coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.Review engineering designs, evaluate technical bids, and manage change orders.Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and turnover packages.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
