About the Role Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) – Centre for Education and Consciousness (ITA) is seeking dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of education programs focused on Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), foundational learning, and school improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field. • At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in managing education or development programs, preferably donor-funded. • Strong knowledge of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), foundational learning, teacher professional development, project management, stakeholder coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and financial management. • Demonstrated experience in managing education projects, including school rehabilitation and teacher capacity-building, will be an added advantage. • Excellent leadership, communication, report writing, and team management skills.
