We're looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead glazing projects from inception through completion, ensuring excellence in budget, schedule, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive project planning by defining scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to meet client and company goals. Coordinate with estimating and engineering teams to verify project requirements, review shop drawings, submittals, and fabrication timelines, ensuring accuracy and feasibility. Serve as the primary client liaison by promptly responding to RFIs, managing change orders, delivering status updates, and maintaining high client satisfaction. Monitor on-site project progress through regular site visits, quality inspections, and compliance checks against contract documents and manufacturer specifications. Manage subcontractors and trades by issuing work orders, tracking productivity and safety performance, and aligning activities with project milestones and quality standards. Control project costs by tracking budgets, reviewing cost variances, approving invoices, and implementing corrective actions to prevent overruns. Resolve technical issues related to glazing, curtain wall, storefront, and impact systems, ensuring seamless system integration and installation. Lead project close-out activities including commissioning, punch list resolution, documentation, as-built drawings, certifications, and warranty handover. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, specifically glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or façade systems. Strong knowledge of architectural glazing systems, curtain walls, window walls, and storefronts, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain client relationships. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred: Experience working with impact-resistant glazing and sustainable building practices. Familiarity with local Florida building codes and regulations. Certification such as PMP or CCM is a plus. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth.
