Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines Develop detailed project plans and schedules Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Communicate project status to leadership and clients Manage changes in project scope and requirements Ensure compliance with organizational standards and processes Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager Strong knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.) Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies Preferred Qualifications PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification Experience in IT / Software Development projects Client-facing project management experience Location: Waxhaw, North Carolina, United States Salary: $5,000 per month Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
