Key Responsibilities Define clear project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines to align with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans and schedules using industry-standard tools like Jira, MS Project, and Asana. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. Monitor project progress closely, proactively managing risks and resolving issues to maintain schedule and budget integrity. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, achieving a 95% on-time delivery rate. Communicate project status updates effectively to leadership and clients, fostering transparency and trust. Manage changes in project scope and requirements with agility, minimizing impact on timelines and resources. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and best practices to maintain high project governance. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager with at least 3 years managing complex projects. Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Asana. Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies. Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification to demonstrate formal project management expertise. Experience managing IT or software development projects.
