Project Manager, Contractor Vendor Lifecyle ManagementSan Jose, Costa Rica The Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) team is part of Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition organization and an integral component of the Business Recruiting team. CWM manages contractor demand and partners with the business, Talent organization, vendors, and other stakeholders to support Deloitte’s recruiting and contingent workforce needs.The Contractor and Vendor Lifecycle Management (CVLM) team supports the post-recruitment lifecycle of US commercial contractors across Deloitte’s businesses. Its responsibilities begin after the recruitment process and include contractor onboarding, lifecycle administration, vendor management, compliance coordination, and offboarding. The team partners closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and Talent teams to deliver an efficient, consistent, and positive contractor experience throughout the engagement.As a Project Manager on the Contractor and Vendor Lifecycle Management (CVLM) team, you’ll be responsible for managing the Costa Rica based contractor lifecycle support team, ensuring seamless onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of contractors during their tenure at Deloitte. This role is pivotal in building effective, efficient, and consistent operational processes across the organization by standardizing and leveraging process and technology improvements.Work You'll DoLead the overall delivery and day-to-day management of the contractor vendor lifecycle management (CVLM) support model ensuring work is prioritized, assigned, executed, and escalated effectively.Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership, engagement managers, and key partner teams on service delivery, operational priorities, escalations, issue resolution, and support-related issues.Own team operations across contractor lifecycle management activities, including mailbox oversight, workplan execution, workload balancing, capacity planning, onboarding/offboarding support, and escalation management. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor team performance against defined KPIs and SLAs; provide regular reporting to Contractor Workforce Management leadership; and drive improvements in quality, responsiveness, consistency, and efficiency.Lead operational projects and implementation of new guidelines, processes, and program updates impacting the CVLM team, including scope definition, risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder communication.Proactively Identify operational, process, technology, and data issues requiring troubleshooting; assess root causes; and drive resolution plans to improve service delivery and reduce recurring problems.Oversee reporting, dashboards, audits, data cleanup, spend reporting, and ad hoc analysis; identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance and decision-making.Sponsor and support related technology enhancements, including configuration updates, rollout activities, training, change adoption, and process integration.Establish and maintain process documentation, operating guidelines, toolkits, training materials, and analytical tools to support standardization and scalability across teams and geographies.Partner with Contractor Lifecycle Engagement team, India and US-based CVLM teams, Finance, Engagement Financial Advisors, Talent Relations, Cyber, and other cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of lifecycle management activities.Oversee contractor time & expense coordination, vendor audit support, WBS issue resolution, invoicing escalations, and related compliance-focused operational activities.Lead hiring, staffing, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development for the Costa Rica CVLM team. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to align CVLM operations with organizational priorities, volume trends, and future support needs.
