Project Operations Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Project Operations Manager
We’re looking for a Project Operations Manager to provide strong operational oversight across multiple projects and departments. This role will work closely with the General Manager, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, risks are identified early, and decisions are supported by accurate information.
💡 What You’ll Do• Maintain complete visibility of project status, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and next actions.• Follow up with project owners and teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.• Identify blockers early and coordinate actions to resolve them.• Analyze problems and present clear recommendations, risks, costs, and implications to leadership.• Determine which issues can be resolved independently and which require escalation.• Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Operations, Lighting, EV, Incentives, Sales, Finance, Technology, and other teams.• Monitor budgets, committed costs, billing, change orders, and projected margins with Finance.• Maintain accurate project documentation, deadlines, responsibilities, and action items in ClickUp.• Prepare concise executive reports highlighting progress, risks, financial exposure, and decisions required.• Lead project follow-up meetings in English, assign action items, and ensure accountability.
🎯 What We’re Looking For✔️ Strong experience in Project Management, Project Operations, Project Coordination, or PMO environments.✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.✔️ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.✔️ Experience with project budgets, financial tracking, KPIs, and executive reporting.✔️ Proficiency with ClickUp, Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.✔️ Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.✔️ Ability to challenge incomplete information and make recommendations based on evidence.✔️ High level of ownership, autonomy, accountability, and sound judgment.✔️ Advanced English proficiency for meetings, reporting, and professional communication.
