Project Scheduler Assistant

YOU WILL:
- Support job scheduling and keep records accurate
- Enter work sheet data and update the Matrix system
- Coordinate utility locations and cable acts
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Track materials, temporary fence, and project updates
- Assist with admin tasks and keep projects on track

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Construction, fencing, or admin experience a plus

$45K - $50K /YR
