Our company focuses on complex real estate cases involving deceased property owners, multiple heirs, title complications, liens, and judgments. Key Responsibilities Engage proactively with clients to assess their property management needs and deliver customized solutions. Communicate effectively to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Analyze real estate market data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to clients and management. Participate in regular team meetings and coaching calls every Monday and Thursday at 9 AM. Conduct outbound calls to heirs and property owners with professionalism and empathy. Research family trees to accurately identify rightful heirs. Review and analyze title documents, liens, and judgments to ensure clear property ownership. Collect, verify, and connect data from various records to build comprehensive property profiles. Collaborate with the team via training sessions, calls, and WhatsApp for continuous support and knowledge sharing. Required and Preferred Qualifications Fluent English (Grade A+) – must communicate naturally and professionally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, engaging personality. Proficient in customer service, sales, problem-solving, and effective communication. Own a laptop or PC with headphones and a clear microphone. Reliable high-speed internet connection and backup power source. Highly punctual, disciplined, and self-motivated to work independently in a remote setting.
