You'll be the friendly voice connecting practices to our services, growing our referral network, and keeping communication running smoothly — no healthcare background required. What You'll Be DoingMaking outbound calls to doctor's offices, clinics, and provider partnersIntroducing and explaining LBAPS services to build new referral relationshipsFollowing up with existing provider contacts to maintain strong partnershipsScheduling meetings and coordinating provider touchpointsKeeping accurate, detailed outreach and referral recordsEscalating clinical or contractual questions to a supervisor when needed
What You BringA warm, clear, professional phone voiceHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Comfort learning new computer systems and CRM toolsReliability and sharp attention to detailBilingual or prior CRM/healthcare admin experience? Big plus!
