Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address purchasing needs and swiftly resolve any procurement issues. Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability to meet operational demands without overstocking. Prepare detailed reports on purchasing activities, identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting budget adherence. Support budget management through basic accounting functions related to purchase orders and vendor payments. Collaborate with multiple departments to continuously improve procurement processes and supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all purchasing activities. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential.
