QA Engineer Full-Time in Waxhaw, NC at TekBricks

TekBricks is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer based in Waxhaw, North Carolina to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. This full-time role involves testing applications, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts Perform both manual and automated testing to validate software functionality Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify and validate requirements Ensure applications meet all business and technical requirements Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team meetings Required Skills: Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Experience with manual and automation testing methodologies Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, or similar automation tools Basic SQL skills for database testing and validation Experience using JIRA or comparable defect tracking software Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $5,000 per month Location: Waxhaw, North Carolina (On-site, remote not eligible) Join TekBricks and contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality software solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.
