QA Engineer Job in Waxhaw, NC at TekBricks

TekBricks is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer in Waxhaw, North Carolina to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications through manual and automated testing. Join our team to collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify issues and enhance overall product quality. Responsibilities: Understand requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently Validate fixes and perform re-testing to ensure quality Ensure software meets quality standards before release Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 1–5 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes Experience with manual testing tools and techniques Basic knowledge of SQL and databases Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar Excellent communication and analytical skills Position Details: Full-time, on-site role in Waxhaw, NC. This position is not eligible for remote work. Compensation: $5,000 per month.
