Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one physical assessments to evaluate client capabilities and needs. Design and implement personalized exercise programs focused on rehabilitation and physical performance enhancement. Monitor and adjust client progress to ensure effective outcomes. Educate and motivate clients to maintain adherence to exercise routines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans. Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress, and outcomes. Stay updated on the latest biokinetics research and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Biokinetics from an accredited institution. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients. Proficiency in isokinetics and other therapeutic modalities. Relevant certifications in biokinetics or related fields preferred. Minimum 2 years clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred. Experience with rehabilitation software/tools is an advantage.
