Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough one-on-one physical assessments to determine client needs and capabilities. Develop and implement personalized exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual goals. Track and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. Educate and motivate clients to maintain engagement and adherence to prescribed routines. Work closely with healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans and ensure seamless communication. Maintain detailed and accurate client records for ongoing evaluation and reporting. Stay updated on the latest biokinetics research and therapeutic techniques to enhance client care. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Biokinetics from an accredited institution. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients. Proficiency in isokinetics and other therapeutic modalities. Relevant certifications in biokinetics or related fields are advantageous.
