Key Responsibilities Engage customers via multiple communication channels to promote products and services. Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting product features and benefits. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience is advantageous. Work within a collaborative team environment where your contributions are valued. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and coordinate closely with marketing and customer support teams.
