Job description
Tabisile Faith Hloboni is hiring a full-time Sales Agent in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Join a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting customer and business growth. In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager and work with marketing and customer support colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers across communication channels to promote products and services.
- Answer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and build strong customer relationships.
- Present product features and benefits to prospects and work toward sales targets.
- Record customer interactions and sales activity accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with teammates to develop and carry out sales strategies.
- Attend training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred; 1–2 years of relevant experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
