Utilize scripting and automation tools to improve testing efficiency, increase coverage, and reduce time-to-market. Analyze test outcomes, identify patterns or recurring issues, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders for continuous improvement. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives to optimize testing strategies and team performance. Support quality initiatives and foster knowledge sharing by contributing best practices within the team. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 2-4 years of proven experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing. Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Bash for test automation purposes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented Agile environment. Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
