Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack orders following specifications and quality standards. Perform regular stock checks and maintain an organized warehouse space. Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders accurately. Assist with loading and unloading shipments, adhering to safety protocols. Work collaboratively with team members to improve workflows and productivity. Communicate order statuses and issues effectively with supervisors and team leads. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in order picking and packing in a warehouse setting. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical capability to lift and move products up to 25 kg. 1-3 years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
