Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive property assessments and detailed market analyses to accurately determine property values and guide clients in making informed investment decisions. Facilitate effective negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring optimal transaction outcomes that maximize client satisfaction and company revenue. Manage and update property listings regularly, guaranteeing all marketing materials reflect accurate and current information to attract qualified buyers. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders within the Noida real estate market. Monitor local and regional market trends, property performance metrics, and regulatory changes to provide clients with timely and strategic advice. Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and promotional events designed to increase property visibility and generate leads. Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance, market trends, and sales activities to senior management to support strategic decision-making. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales or property management, preferably within the Noida or NCR region. Proficiency in real estate software tools such as MLS, CRM systems, and property management platforms. Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills with a proven track record of closing deals effectively. In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, property laws, and regulations. Preferred: Industry certifications such as a Real Estate License or Realtor accreditation. Experience with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms for property promotion. Ability to analyze market data and forecast trends to advise clients proactively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
