MNCP STAFFING IS GROWING AND EXPANDING OUR TEAM IN HOUSTON, TX!

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our local Houston team and help us connect top talent with great opportunities.
CONTRACT TO HIRE — CENTRAL TO MPE (sic) ???

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries and roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and sourcing tools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer and onboarding.

NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of MS/VM platforms a plus.
• Experience recruiting for technical, hard-to-fill roles.

REQUIREMENTS
• Previous recruiting experience required; staffing agency experience strongly preferred.
• Recruitment-related background in recruiting — Skilled Trades, Senior Level and Executive Recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

LOCATION
• LOCAL TO HOUSTON, TX
• Remote to start — could possibly go in office in the future.
