Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Screening and Interviewing:Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.Conduct initial phone screens and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback.Offer Management:Prepare and extend job offers in collaboration with hiring managers.Negotiate salary and benefits packages, ensuring alignment with company policies.Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate reports on recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve hiring processes.Employer Branding:Promote Atento as an employer of choice through various channels.Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance the company’s visibility.
