Job Summary: The Recruiter manages the complete recruitment process, which encompasses initiating contact, submitting candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting prepping and debriefing sessions with candidates.
Essential Functions:Possess an expert understanding of job descriptions, ensuring they are accurately represented and aligned with organizational needs throughout the recruitment process.Handle highly specialized, technical, or executive-level roles, leveraging advanced sourcing methods and deep expertise in labor market trends.Provide expert guidance and support to the recruitment team, serving as a mentor and offering strategic advice, best practices, and troubleshooting support to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition and achievement of hiring goals.Acts as a talent advisor, developing strong candidate pipelines, negotiating offers, and engaging in long-term career development discussions.Source candidates through various channels, including internal tools, job boards, social media, referrals, inactive employee logs, universities, government offices, job fairs, etc.Continuously explore new sourcing and recruitment techniques to attract and maintain a qualified candidate pool.Conduct interviews, debriefs, and skills assessments to evaluate candidates.Collaborate with Client Services to analyze job descriptions and qualify requisitions.Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure availability to our clients.Adhere to all standard procedures for recruiting, screening, and placement of candidates.Complete screening interview guide and dubbed resume and upload it to Leoforce.Prioritize client-referred candidates to strengthen partnerships and ensure timely responses.Maintain reports on open requisitions and interview logs, keeping detailed activity records in Leoforce.Utilize job boards effectively to maximize sourcing efforts.Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, turning challenges into growth opportunities.Stay engaged in the temporary staffing industry and align with company objectives.Maintain and achieve yearly hit ratio goals.Deliver excellent customer service throughout the employment process, answering inquiries and assessing candidate eligibility.Prepare candidates for client interviews through detailed coaching and debriefs.Maintain clear, concise, professional and consistent communication with Client Services, candidates, colleagues, and up-line leaders.Provide market insights, including competitor compensation and benefits, to help adjust job requirements.Demonstrate active listening and effective communication skills.Seek additional assignments and responsibilities from the Recruitment Supervisor or Client Service Team.Perform other duties assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree.Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in recruitment, HR or a related field.Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.Proficient in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences in both languages.Ability to evaluate and filter candidates effectively.Demonstrate strong organizational skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.Strong attention to detail.Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Requirements:Staffing or agency experience.Recruitment roles experience.
Performance Metrics:Submissions: 3 candidates per req 3-5 business days.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range
Travel Requirements:Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
