Recruiter

We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Recruiter to help build one of Florida’s strongest life insurance sales teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Hollywood, FL office.

You’ll recruit ambitious newly licensed agents, represent a company with one of the strongest value propositions in the industry, and help shape our employer brand while scaling a high-performance organization.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of proven recruiting experience is required.

• Insurance recruiting experience is a strong plus, but not required.

• Ability to identify top talent, manage candidates through the hiring process, and recruit at scale.

• Strong communication skills, organization, and a results-driven mindset.
