Recruiter - Temporary Contract

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our client's team on a 6-month contract basis, taking an active role in full-cycle recruitment and HR support. This is a hands-on opportunity for a people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings- Coordinate candidate communications and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires- Prepare, organize, and maintain new hire documentation and personnel files- Serve as a point of contact for applicants and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to open positions, hiring procedures, and HR policies- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy across HR systems- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and talent acquisition projects.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR role- Solid understanding of HR principles and full-cycle recruiting best practices- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
