About the role
As a Recruitment Specialist at Emapta Global, you will connect exceptional talent with leaders in the global outsourcing industry. You will manage end-to-end hiring, build diverse talent pipelines, and partner with stakeholders across multiple client accounts. Your recruitment expertise will help connect professionals with global opportunities while supporting business growth and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple client accounts.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through talent sourcing, strategic sourcing, and pipeline development.
- Partner with stakeholders and connect professionals with global opportunities.
- Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, assessments, background verification, and reference checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end recruitment.
- Expertise in talent sourcing, strategic sourcing, and pipeline development.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques, including LinkedIn Boolean Search.
- Knowledge of job analysis, candidate profiling, and competency-based evaluation.
- Competency in candidate screening, behavioral interviews, assessments, background verification, and reference checks.

Datos clave
- Day shift, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, weekends off.
- Hybrid work setup at Sambil Santo Domingo: onsite for 2 months, then 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.
