The Qualifications We Seek Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end recruitmentExpertise in talent sourcing, strategic sourcing, and pipeline developmentProficiency in Boolean search techniques, including LinkedIn Boolean SearchKnowledge of job analysis, candidate profiling, and competency-based evaluationExperience conducting candidate screening, behavioral interviews, assessments, background verification, and reference checksCompetency in candidate relationship management and interview schedulingProficiency in applicant tracking systems, database management, and recruitment recordkeepingUnderstanding of recruitment workflows and data privacy regulationsAbility to monitor recruitment metrics and KPIsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft ExcelExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong organizational, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsEffective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilitiesHigh emotional intelligence, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detailStrong business acumen, work ethic, and results-oriented approach Your Daily Tasks Recruitment and Selection Support all business units throughout the recruitment and selection processPlan selection procedures by identifying key competencies and appropriate assessment methodsServe as the primary contact for assigned vacancies across multiple client accountsAssist in developing job requisitions and descriptionsUnderstand the competencies, skills, and knowledge required for each positionDetermine the number of qualified résumés required for open rolesPartner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategiesScreen candidates and communicate job requirements across different skill and experience levelsMaintain accurate recruitment pipeline data and generate meaningful reportsManage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition analyticsConduct interviews, assessments, reference checks, salary discussions, and recruitment reportingApply behavioral-based interviewing techniques to screen and qualify applicantsDevelop behavioral-based interview and prescreening questionsCoordinate skills and personality assessmentsReview employment applications and analyze candidate informationRecommend suitable candidates to hiring managersPresent job offers and manage candidate negotiationsSupport onboarding activities, including offer-letter submission and final documentation Applicant Tracking System Management Enter and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system dailyGenerate recruitment metrics manually and through the applicant tracking systemCreate and maintain organized files for résumés, applications, and related documentsConvert résumés and maintain candidate applications Sourcing Strategies Document effective research methods for sharing with the recruitment teamTrain recruitment team members on job sites, blogs, RSS feeds, LinkedIn, and other networking platformsDevelop diverse talent pipelines through research, networking, database mining, and other sourcing methodsManage referral sources and candidate leadsUse recruitment tools and technologies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates Stakeholder Management Advise stakeholders on recruitment requirements, workforce movements, and related concernsDevelop recruitment plans, action plans, and hiring targets for management reviewRecommend appropriate sourcing channels and provide cost-benefit analysesEducate managers on selection processes through formal or informal sessionsMaintain proactive and transparent communication with hiring managers, candidates, internal teams, and external partnersGather stakeholder input, provide regular updates, and address feedback throughout the recruitment processUpdate hiring managers on recruitment progress and activityPartner with hiring managers to identify best-fit candidates, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offersFacilitate recruitment-related meetings as needed Effective Communication Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders through available verbal and written channelsRespond promptly to internal and external inquiries and ensure the accuracy of all information provided Privacy and Confidentiality Comply with Emapta's guidelines, protocols, and legal requirements for organizational information security and data privacyMaintain the confidentiality of all private and sensitive information Other Duties Perform other administrative or operational duties assigned by authorized company representatives through written or verbal instruction Join the Top 1% Talent.
