Regional Engineering Manager Telecom Towers

Are you a Structural or Civil Engineer with strong experience in telecommunications towers, steel structures, structural design, and international engineering teams?We are looking for a Regional Engineering Manager – Telecom Towers to lead a geographically distributed engineering team responsible for the analysis, design, technical review, and engineering quality of telecommunications towers across Latin America.
• Lead and develop geographically distributed structural engineering teams across Latin America.• Oversee structural analysis, calculations, and design of telecommunications towers and steel structures.• Review and technically approve engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and design packages.• Ensure manufactured structures comply with approved engineering designs and specifications.• Coordinate technical matters with international manufacturers and suppliers.• Participate in technical meetings with clients and provide engineering solutions and recommendations.• Establish and strengthen QA/QC processes, engineering standards, design procedures, and change control.• Identify and manage technical risks that could affect project execution, structural integrity, costs, or delivery.• Ensure consistency and quality of engineering deliverables across multiple countries.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of professional engineering experience, with significant experience in telecommunications towers and/or steel structures.Strong expertise in Structural Analysis & Design, including structural calculations and load assessment.Solid knowledge of Telecommunications Towers, Steel Structures, and TIA-222 standards. Experience with structural engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, RISA, SAP2000, PLS-TOWER, TNX Tower, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.Proven experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically distributed engineering teams.Experience involving steel fabrication, shop drawings, engineering documentation, QA/QC, or manufacturing quality control.Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.advanced/Fluent English – mandatory, both written and spoken.
