Regional Human Resources Manager

About the JobMonifai, part of YNV Group, is looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our teams in El Salvador and Costa Rica. You'll oversee the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs — spanning employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and organizational development — with the goal of attracting, developing, and retaining a top-tier workforce.What You BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.5+ years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably within Technology, Call Centers, BPOs, or Shared Services Centers.Advanced English, spoken and written — required.Availability to travel within the region.Proven experience administering compensation and benefits programs.Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a plus.Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and decision-making skills.What You'll DoManage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures across both countries.Lead employee relations practices to foster a positive work environment and high levels of motivation.Administer compensation and benefits programs, and support their communication and delivery.Advise managers and supervisors on labor matters and the progressive discipline process.Support the performance management system, including PIPs and employee development programs.Drive organizational development initiatives: succession planning, key-talent retention, org design, and change management.Ensure compliance with current legal and labor requirements in each country.
