Key Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments and deliver nursing care across diverse clinical settings. Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring patient conditions closely. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient care activities. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and follow-up procedures. Support patient flow management and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during difficult times. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Hawaii. Strong patient care skills and effective communication abilities. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) preferred. Experience in acute care settings is advantageous. 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. As part of a collaborative nursing team, you will report to the Nursing Manager and work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to promote continuous improvement and patient-centered care. Compensation for this role is $39 per hour. This position is not eligible for remote work and is based in Hālawa, Hawaii.
