Part-Time Registered Nurse Job in Waimalu, HI

Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient treatment plans. Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses for quality outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings. Assist with onboarding and training new nursing staff. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Hawaii. Strong patient care and communication skills. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software. Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred. Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver holistic patient care. Report directly to the Nursing Supervisor in a team-oriented setting. Compensation: $39 per hour. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Waimalu, HI.
