Professional Registered Nurses Needed in Seattle, WA Excellent Pay - $2,500 per week Position Details: Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU Location: Seattle, WA 98122 Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: February 9, 2026 Position Description: Providence is seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses for a Level III/IV NICU unit in Seattle. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years NICU experience and hold a valid Washington State Nursing License. Travelers should be open to floating to different campuses within the Providence health system. Key responsibilities include caring for neonates born as early as 23-24 weeks gestation, managing advanced respiratory support (CPAP, BiPAP, High Frequency Ventilation, Oscillators), administering blood products, and supporting neonatal surgeries and high-risk deliveries. ECMO is not utilized at this facility. Travel nurses typically do not admit babies, as there is a dedicated Admit Nurse. Floating to Pediatrics or Special Care Nurseries (SCN) may occur rarely, with care limited to infants and newborns. Required Certifications and Licenses: Washington State RN License (Required) NICU Level III-IV Experience Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Basic Life Support (BLS) Additional Information: Block scheduling is available upon request (work 3 or more shifts consecutively) Facility NICU beds: 77 (average census 50) Previous Providence employees must have a minimum 3-month separation to qualify Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes promptly.
