Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program. Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license. Compassionate patient care skills and empathy. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills. Preferred certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). 1-3 years nursing experience preferred, especially in clinical or hospital settings.
