Assist in training and mentoring new nurses and nursing students. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc in Nursing) preferred. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Experience in clinical settings, preferably hospital or acute care. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software. 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
