We realize the greatest contributions to the company can come from anywhere in the organization, and we know that the next one could be yours!We are seeking a Regulatory Lead / Non Foods to partner with our Buying team and ensure that regulatory requirements and Certificates of Conformity are obtained and maintained for non-food products sold in PriceSmart’s marketplace.
What's unique about this job (What you’ll do)Coordinate regulatory reviews, certifications, testing, and renewals for non-food products.Review vendor documentation and follow up on missing requirements.Advise Buyers and vendors on certification and testing requirements.Coordinate with laboratories, certification bodies, vendors, and internal teams.Track certification status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, International Business, or related fields preferred.4–5 years of experience in International Trade.Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Trade Compliance.Experience with Certificates of Conformity; RETIE/RETILAP experience is a plus.Fluent English and Spanish – required.Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; AS400 experience is a plus.
