Kavya is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our Chennai-based team. This full-time remote role offers flexibility and the chance to enhance customer satisfaction in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain professionalism and patience in all customer interactions, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance. Track and follow up on customer complaints to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and insights on common customer challenges. Assist in refining customer support processes to improve overall team efficiency. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and teamwork abilities. Experience with CRM software and customer support tools. 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
