Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries with accurate information. Conduct tele sales calls to promote company products and services effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and issue resolution. Document all customer interactions and update records accurately in the CRM system. Work closely with team members to share insights and enhance service quality. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer support or tele sales preferred but not mandatory. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills to proactively address customer concerns. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is a plus. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
