Grupo Unipharma EIRL is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team based in Lima, Peru. This full-time remote position is vital to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate data management. Key Responsibilities Perform precise data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Respond professionally and courteously to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels. Manage and update customer databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Organize and prioritize daily workload using strong time management skills. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, to prepare reports and documentation. Participate in team initiatives to enhance customer service processes and operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent educational background. Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
