Remote Robot Operator

We are looking for a Remote Robot Operator to help train and supervise an AI-powered robotic system. In this role, you will use a VR headset and handheld controllers to operate a robot with two arms, performing precise physical tasks that allow the AI to learn from your movements.This position requires patience, consistency, and comfort performing the same task repeatedly throughout a work session.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a dual-arm robot remotely using a VR headset and controllers.Perform a structured task that involves:Picking up a cable with the robot’s right arm.Passing it to the left arm.Connecting the cable to an internet router.Disconnecting it and returning it to its original position.Record demonstrations so the AI can learn how to complete the task independently.Repeat the movement consistently potentially hundreds of times per session to generate reliable training data.Monitor the robot while it performs tasks autonomously.Intervene and correct the robot whenever it makes a mistake.Identify and report operational issues or unusual robot behavior.Follow the established work and break schedule.
What We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.Patience and comfort performing highly repetitive tasks.Good hand-eye coordination.Comfort using VR headsets and handheld controllers for extended periods, with scheduled breaks.Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.Previous experience with VR, gaming controllers, robotics, teleoperation, or data collection is a plus, but not required.
Important ConsiderationsThis is a repetitive, hands-on role. Most sessions involve completing the same movement many times so the AI can learn from consistent demonstrations. Other sessions may focus on observing the robot as it operates autonomously and stepping in only when corrections are needed.
