Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting CazVid’s products and services. Manage customer inquiries and deliver customized solutions tailored to client needs. Maintain and update customer data in the sales database to ensure accurate tracking of interactions. Collaborate with team leads to set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Participate in virtual meetings to discuss sales strategies and share best practices. Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns to boost sales outreach. Track and report sales metrics, analyzing performance to identify improvement opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; degree in business or related field is a plus. Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in a remote environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging goals. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred. As part of CazVid’s collaborative team structure, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with marketing and customer service departments to ensure a unified approach to client satisfaction and sales growth.
